If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. All clothing must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs or will not refund the original shipping fee unless the item was damaged or we mistakenly sent the wrong item.

After receiving your Return Authorization Code (RMA#), please complete the return/exchange form included with your order and record the RMA# on it. This will expedite our warehouse’s return processing.

To protect your rights, returned items sent via the United States Postal Service should be insured. Please keep a copy of your return tracking number for your records.

Exchange Policy: Upon receiving the original item, we will refund your payment to the original payment account and reorder you. Exchanges are free of charge. Each order is eligible for one free exchange. If you paid by credit card, your bill will show a refund for the original item and a charge for the replacement item. Refunds may take up to two weeks to process, depending on the bank/credit card company’s policy.

For damaged goods: If you receive a damaged item, please return it to us following the procedure above. Once the item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, we will refund the value of the item plus the initial shipping cost.

Recycling/Reuse: If you have the original packaging, simply turn it inside out, place the items and documents inside, seal it, and affix a mailing label to the outside.

If you wish to exchange the item instead of receiving a refund, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

When returning damaged goods, please indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

Refunds: All refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds for credit card payments may take some time to appear on your bill. If you paid by check, we will mail a refund check within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
