If the item is in stock, we will ship it within 7-15 business days after receiving your order. Each item is carefully inspected and packaged, and shipped via FedEx Ground, U.S. Postal Service Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays due to FedEx, U.S. Postal Service, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions, which are beyond our control.

If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact customer service. If your order has been shipped and the tracking information shows it has been delivered, we cannot provide a refund even if you have not received it after 30 days. If you provided an email address when placing your order, you can receive tracking email notifications.

Next-day or two-day delivery is available for street addresses within the 48 contiguous states of the U.S., for an additional fee. Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, to be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the next business day.

Sales Tax

If your state has enacted laws imposing sales tax or regulatory fees on out-of-state purchases, your order may be subject to additional state and local taxes.

Orders Shipped to Canada

Orders to Canada are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
